About the Speaker: David Michael Halcomb II

Michael is President of ES2, Inc.’s Oklahoma City office.  He has 31 years of experience in HVAC mechanical, building automation, commissioning, testing, and balancing.   He graduated from Oklahoma State University Okmulgee with an associate degree in HVAC & Refrigeration Technologies.  Through NEBB he is a Certified Professional in both Whole Building Technical Commissioning and Testing, Adjusting and Balancing of Environmental Systems.  He is a member of Oklahoma Environmental Balancing Bureau (OEBB) and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) where he served as Central Oklahoma Chapter president in 2024-2025.
